These brave young Mexican women are heroines in Texas. Silvana Garza Valdez and María Paula Zárate, both 19 years old, rescued 20 girls trapped by the flooding of the Guadalupe River.
They are very brave young women, it was my pleasure and my civic duty to let others know there are some brave young women, with no regard for their lives … they stepped fearlessly, rescuing others in a very volatile situation.. I don’t know them but I am proud of what they did and I feel they deserve recognition. ☺️🕊️💕
